Särna Campsite is located in northern Dalarna
Welcome to Särna Camping, a moderately large campsite in northern Dalarna with beautiful views.Here you can swim, hike, fish, play golf, enjoy, dance, party and just relax! And much more of course … What ever you like! We are a stone’s throw from Särnas Playa, a long sandy beach with a small promontory which goes out in Österdalälven. Amazingly nice beach! The beach is shallow so it is very child friendly!.
With beautiful surrounding natural areas and in close proximity to our boundless wilderness, this is a campground that many return to year after year. We welcome you to a very pleasant and well maintained camping in beautiful surroundings with close proximity to exciting waters and beautiful forest and mountain lands.
Directions
From Stockholm area:
Go to Mora, follow RV 70 north towards Älvdalen / Idre.
80 km north of Älvdalen you arrive to Särna.
Follow the signs to the campground / touristinformation (Tyristbyrå), right turn towards school /regnbågsgränd.
Then right away to the left, through the portal – Arrival!
From Gothenburg area:
Go to Malung, follow road 311/297 to Sälen.
From Salen its about 7 mil to Särna.
At the junction of Särna turn right, follow the signs to the campground / touristinformation.
Pass the fire station, after about 200 meters turn left into the school / Turistbyrå. Then immediately leftthrough the portal – Arrival!
